HubSpot tells you who should make the call.
An at-risk alert is only useful if someone acts on it. Keep reads HubSpot to show who owns each at-risk account and when they last talked to the customer.
What changes with HubSpot connected
Each at-risk account shows its owner in HubSpot, its lifecycle stage, and when your team last contacted it. An alert about a $2,000/month customer nobody has talked to in 60 days reads very differently from one whose owner called yesterday.
The agent can answer the same questions — which at-risk accounts have no owner, or which owner has the most MRR at risk.
