Terms of
Service
The rules for using and paying for Keep. Deliberately short: the product reads without touching your billing, is sold as a subscription, and can be canceled by you, at any time.
Back to home1. What Keep does
Keep reads billing and usage data from the tools you connect, crosses the two, and warns you when one of your customers looks about to cancel. It includes an agent that answers questions about your operation from that data.
By using Keep, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. What Keep writes in your tools
In your billing tools (Stripe, AbacatePay, Asaas), Keep never creates, changes, or cancels any charge, subscription, or customer. Stripe only grants the connection with write permission, but Keep does not use it.
It writes only what serves to warn you: alert messages in the Slack channel you chose; an internal note on the Intercom contact when the account becomes at risk, if Intercom is connected; and a webhook named "Keep" in your Asaas account, to receive billing events.
3. Plans and billing
Keep is sold as a subscription in three plans — Starter ($39), Pro ($119), and Business ($249) per month on the monthly cycle —, always in US dollars. Semiannual and annual cycles are also available, charged upfront at the start of the cycle, with the discount shown at checkout. The tier is set by the recurring revenue (MRR) Keep monitors in the accounts you connect, not by the number of people on your team.
All three plans deliver every feature. What changes between them is how much monitored revenue is included.
Billing is handled by Stripe, renews automatically at the end of each cycle, and continues until you cancel. We do not store your card details.
If your monitored revenue exceeds the plan's limit, we notify you in the dashboard and suggest changing tier. Nothing is blocked automatically, and no plan change happens without your approval.
If any price changes, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new amount only applies from the cycle after the notice.
4. Cancellation and refund
You can cancel at any time through the subscription portal inside the product, without talking to anyone and with no penalty. Access continues until the end of the cycle already paid for, and there is no further charge.
14-day money-back guarantee: within 14 days of your first payment, you can withdraw and get back everything you paid, no questions asked — longer than the 7 days required by article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code. Just ask by email.
After that period, the amount for a cycle already started — monthly, semiannual, or annual — is not refunded pro rata: cancellation applies to the following renewals.
5. Your account
You are responsible for who has access to your account and to the tools connected to it. By connecting Stripe, AbacatePay, Asaas, PostHog, HubSpot, Intercom, or Slack, you declare that you are authorized to do so — including for your customers' data to be processed by Keep as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can disconnect any integration and delete your account at any time, from the Settings screen. Deleting the account cancels the subscription right away, with no further charges and no refund of a cycle already started (except within the 14-day guarantee).
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Keep for illegal purposes; connect accounts or data you are not authorized to use; try to access other accounts' data; overload or interfere with the service, including through the activity API; or resell access without prior agreement.
7. What we do not promise
Keep flags risk from signals — a drop in usage, silence, a declined charge. These are indications, not predictions. It will be wrong in both directions: flagging accounts that were not going to cancel, and missing accounts that were.
The agent's answers are generated by a language model and may contain mistakes. Check them before acting on them.
Decisions about your customers remain yours. The product does not replace your read of the business and guarantees no retention, revenue, or outcome of any kind.
8. Availability
We do not offer an SLA. The product depends on the tools you connect, on OpenAI, and on our hosting, and an outage in any of them can delay or prevent an alert.
If a prolonged outage is on us, and not on a third-party service, get in touch: we handle it case by case, including credit on your subscription.
9. Intellectual property
Keep — code, brand, copy, and interface — belongs to its operator. The subscription gives you the right to use the product while it is active, not ownership of it.
Your data and your customers' data remain yours. You can export and delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost revenue arising from the use of Keep or the inability to use it, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here removes the rights Brazil's Consumer Protection Code grants to those it covers.
11. Termination
You can stop using it whenever you want, by canceling the subscription and deleting the account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the service for others — in that case, notifying you by email with the reason and refunding the unused part of the paid cycle.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Material changes are announced by email before taking effect, and the effective date at the top reflects the current version.
