Pricing questions
- What counts as monitored MRR?
- The recurring revenue Keep watches, adding up every billing source you connect (Stripe, AbacatePay, Asaas). It is not seats or headcount: a team of two watching $40k of MRR is on the same tier as a team of twenty watching $40k.
- Do the plans have different features?
- No. Every plan includes every feature — alerts, usage matching, the agent, and all integrations. What changes between plans is how much monitored MRR is included.
- What happens if my MRR grows past my plan?
- Nothing turns off. Keep tells you in the dashboard and suggests the next tier; no plan changes without your approval.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. You can pay monthly, every six months, or yearly. The longer cycles are charged upfront with a discount, shown in the table before you subscribe.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. You subscribe to start, and within the first 7 days you can ask for a full refund by email. After that you can cancel anytime from the subscription portal, and access runs until the end of the cycle you paid for.
- Which currency and cards do you accept?
- Plans are priced in US dollars and charged by Stripe. International Visa and Mastercard cards work; some cards issued in Brazil decline charges in US dollars.
