If you bill through Asaas, Keep reads your subscriptions and customers and puts them next to your other billing sources — in the MRR, in the accounts list, and in the alerts your team acts on.
What changes with Asaas connected
Asaas subscriptions join the overview and the accounts list, beside Stripe or AbacatePay. Each currency totals within itself; nothing is converted.
With the webhook on, an overdue payment or a refused card becomes a failed-payment alert in Slack or email, and new or cancelled subscriptions show up in the revenue movement as they happen.
What Keep reads, writes, and stores

How to connect
Generate the API key
In the Asaas panel, under integrations, generate an API key.
Paste it in Keep
Keep reads with it before saving and finds out on its own whether it is production or sandbox.
Enable the webhook (optional)
One click registers it in Asaas. If your key cannot register webhooks, you can add it manually in the Asaas panel.
Questions
- Does Keep charge or change anything in Asaas?
- No. It reads subscriptions and customers. The only write is the webhook registration, and only when you ask for it.
- Does it work with an Asaas sandbox account?
- Yes. Keep tries the key against both environments and keeps the one that answers, so a test account works without extra settings.
- Does Keep do collections or dunning for Asaas?
- No. Keep alerts your team when a payment goes overdue so someone can reach out; collecting it is up to Asaas.
- Which plan includes Asaas?
- Every plan. All Keep features, including every integration, are in all plans; the difference between plans is monitored MRR.
