When Baremetrics is the better fit
If what you need is a complete picture of subscription metrics — cohorts, LTV, forecasting, benchmarks — or you want failed-payment recovery and cancellation offers in the same tool, Baremetrics covers that and Keep does not.

When Keep is the better fit
If your churn problem is customers who keep paying while their usage fades — and cancel months later — you need usage next to revenue. Keep reads PostHog (or your own activity events), matches each person to a Stripe customer, and alerts on accounts that dropped usage, went silent, or never started, sorted by the MRR each one represents.
The alert brings the context to act: the account owner from HubSpot, open conversations from Intercom, and the renewal date.
